My new exercise blog...

Ok, so I deleted all my previous exercise blog posts. In this new year - 2010 - I have gotten RID of my gym membership.
Yup - you read that right...after YEARS of going to the gym (starting in 2002) - I've decided that #1 - I've spent TOO much damn money on gym memberships...and #2 I have sooo many ways to do it at home for FREE!

I always liked going to the gym - and I always enjoyed the classes I went to...but I'm to the point now where I know I can do this on my own and we are just trying to save $$$ for the wedding. :D

Plus some other reasons are the fact that - after my ear surgery last year I pretty much stopped going to the gym - and with my low carb lifestyle, I've been able to maintain my weight without exercise...but only "maintain" it...

At 166 - 169 I've been very happy - but I'd like to lose some more and I don't want to keep paying for a membership I'm not using...so I have outfitted myself with three new FABULOUS DVD's - Leslie Sansone's Walk Away The Pounds - which I LOVE!!! And of course I have all my old DVD's too. JIllian Michael's 30 day shred, Gilad's aerobics, Crunch DVD's and some others.

PLUS there's an Indy Parks place that does FREE kickboxing classes on Tuesday and Thursday nights - so my friend from work and I will be going to that.

So this blog will now just be a very quick "This is what I did tonight" thing. :D
